We have a policy of zero tolerance towards any form of bribery or fraud, wherever we conduct business throughout the world. Our Sustainable Development Framework applies to all of our global sites, ensuring compliance with common principles, policy and standards. The General Manager, Sustainability, reports to our Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the implementation and periodic review and updating of our Sustainable Development Framework. Responsibility for the oversight of Sustainability rests with our Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) Committee, which is chaired by Ian Strachan, an independent, Non-Executive Director.
