We work to eliminate incidents in the workplace by identifying, assessing and, where reasonably practical, eliminating or otherwise controlling hazards. We do this through our leadership, management standards, safety systems, engineering standards and behavioural programmes to ensure our employees take the right decisions to remain safe as they carry out their work. An equally important aspect is ensuring effective leadership in safe working from our managers and supervisors.
